Sagstetter Properties is a family owned business founded by Richard Sagstetter in the 1960’s. Richard had a commitment and passion for the construction and building industry and a love for Saint Paul. Combining both his passion and love, he would look for building opportunities within Saint Paul where he could construct, own and manage multi-family housing with the philosophy to provide affordable, clean and well maintained housing for its tenants. Although Richard is no longer with us, his wife and the second generation continue on with the mantra and goal to provide affordable, clean and well maintained housing. The areas where you will find properties owned/managed by Sagstetter Properties include; Lake Phalen, Capital area, North end, Merriam Park, Midway and Falcon Heights.
