We have a variety of rentals available throughout the St Paul metro area. Properties are listed to the right – click on the property of interest for more information. It is useful to refer to the “Property Address” and “Unit #” when Contacting Us about availability.

Minimum requirements for qualification are:
- $50 application fee per adult (we only accept applications after you have seen the apartment)
- $275 security deposit per person, including children
- Current rental history required
- Gross income three times (3x) the monthly rent
- We do a criminal background check
- We do a credit report check
- No pets allowed
- We do not participate with the section 8 housing program
